I had the honor and joy of interviewing Danielle LaPorte all about LOVE, our favorite topic around here.
She has a new book out with a title that makes my heart swoon…
“How to Be Loving:
when your heart is breaking open and the world is waking up”
In the interview, we talk about…
…what to do with the inevitable fears that arise in relationships,
why forgiveness is so essential,
the brilliant intelligence of the heart,
a reminder of just how vast our capacity for love truly is,
what “un-selfing is” and why it matters,
the power of loving kindness,
how to be loving when we don’t feel like it,
her own story of falling in love while writing the book,
and so much more.
Who is Danielle LaPorte?
Danielle is a member of Oprah’s SuperSoul 100 — a group who, in Oprah Winfrey’s words, “is uniquely connecting the world together with a spiritual energy that matters.”
The former director of a future studies think tank in Washington, DC, where she managed a team creating global scenarios, she now speaks about the intelligence of the heart.
In addition to her most recent book, How To Be Loving, Danielle is also the author of The Fire Starter Sessions, The Desire Map, White Hot Truth, and the producer of dozens of meditation kits and online programs for spiritual support.
Her podcast, “With Love, Danielle,” often ranks in iTunes’ top 10 for wellness, and her website has been named one of the Top 100 Websites for Women by Forbes, with millions of visitors each month.
May this episode nourish your heart and connect you to the presence of love that is always here and available.
