I am so grateful for such a deeply meaningful (and joyous!) time interviewing one of the most inspiring relationship pioneers who (along with his brilliant wife and teacher, Dr. Kathlyn Hendricks) has personally impacted my own relationship as much as anyone, NY Times Bestselling author, Dr. Gay Hendricks.
Gay has written over 40 books (some co-authored with Katie), like Conscious Loving and The Big Leap — and many are on relationships, personal development, and consciousness. Some of his/their concepts, once I learned them, forever changed how I see things.
So excited and grateful to share this one with you!
Gay and Kathlyn embody a kind of loving, conscious relationship that radiates with purpose, possibilities, playfulness, personal responsibility, integrity, heart, and a shared commitment to serving this world, things that are profoundly important to us too — and I can’t wait for you to hear his many gems of wisdom if it would serve you.
One of the things Gay advocates for and models is completely eliminating from our lives things like blame, criticism, and worry — in exchange for creativity, aliveness, expressing our unique gifts, and contributing to the greater good. Biggest yes to that!
