FAQ

Is it really free? 100%! This is simply a love offering, to give thanks for this extraordinary planet we have the great blessing of sharing together. There is so much that people are navigating during these times. May these moments be healing, centering, nourishing, and reconnecting.

What is the layout of our time together? We will begin in a circle around the labyrinth to learn more about forest bathing, how to enjoy and receive the most from it, and the many research-backed benefits. Bret will then guide you on your own quiet, meditative journey through the forest.

Are spots limited? All are welcome, but space is limited to 40 participants, and pre-registration is required.

What ages are invited? Teens and adults or other younger youth who are happy to maintain silence on the trail, just to preserve a quiet, meditative atmosphere.

Is this like exercise? Do I need to be active? You get to move at your own pace during the entire experience and can be still or in motion. Unfortunately, this experience is not wheelchair accessible.

What do you recommend bringing? You may want to bring layered clothing, sturdy shoes, sun protection (the actual forest bathing will be shaded), water, insect repellent, and a journal if you'd like to take notes of insights that come to you.
