Individual Therapist and/or Couples Therapist
The Center for Thriving Relationships is growing and seeking an empathetic, holistically-minded, strengths-based, psychotherapist/counselor to join us to serve individuals (adults, teens, and/or children) and/or couples.
We have a truly amazing, caring, heart-centered, and connected team and have created a healing, compassionate, positive, and unique setting for both clients and practitioners.
We serve couples and individuals throughout the lifespan, and we are open to new therapists serving either or both, as we have a long waitlist of clients seeking services for a wide variety of areas.
We are eager to hear your specialties and the things that light you up the most, as we love supporting you in staying in the areas where you feel the most passionate and excited.
Parttime or full time available. Minimum of 16 hours/week.
Can be in person and/or virtual.

Bonus if you are trained in EMDR, polyvagal techniques, and/or any somatic-based practices, as we have a growing number of requests for this.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Therapy Sessions: Offer individual, couples, or family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Assess Client Needs: Perform initial assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and therapy approaches.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in line with professional ethics and legal guidelines.
- Document Client Progress: Accurately document sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with Other Professionals: Work with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care when necessary.
- Educate and Support: Empower clients with tools and techniques for self-care and mental well-being and provide resources for continued growth.
- Stay Updated on Best Practices: Participate in ongoing training and education.
Requirements
MA degree, must be licensed or working towards (we can provide supervision if needed)

Compensation
Therapists receive 65% of the session fee, as well as training and other benefits. Our aim is to provide you nearly everything you need (clients, client support, logistics, etc.) so you can focus all your time on actually seeing and serving clients and taking the best care of yourself in the process.
