Please note that the free consultation is not an actual session and is, instead, an opportunity to learn more about our services, ask all your questions, and see how we can help. Also, reaching out ahead of time is not required, and you are welcome to go ahead and book your first appointment if you are ready to get started.

How do I select the best Relationship Coach for me?
We have an incredible team of relationship experts here to help, and you will be in the best of hands, no matter who provides you support. Most clients simply choose to work with the coach whose availability best matches their own. We are confident you will see positive results quickly and will feel abundantly supported by our caring, compassionate, wise, and expertly trained team. If you are interested in learning more about any of our coaches, you will find bios at this page here.
Can I switch coaches?
You are always welcome to try out different coaches and don’t need to stick with the same coach for all sessions. Consistency can be powerful in helping you go deep and get momentum, and we also know the value of getting different perspectives. Whatever serves you best is best for us!
HSA Cards
You are welcome to pay for your session with any of our practitioners using your HSA card, whether you are located in Indiana or elsewhere. If you are in need of supporting documentation, such as a super receipt, simply let your counselor/coach know, or contact us and we will be happy to prepare that for you. We encourage you to please consult your individual plan for any restrictions or requirements.
Cancellations
We fully understand that unexpected things may come up. Please know we do require at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can make that time slot available to another client. If you use our online calendar above, automated appointment reminders are sent to you. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. This is simply because your scheduled time slot was not available to be filled by another client, and preparations and considerations were made based on your session. Thanks so much for your understanding and honoring of this.
